1. Site Preparation
We began by carefully excavating and grading the area to ensure proper drainage and long-term stability. In total, 10 tons of dirt were removed to make room for the new foundation.

2. Solid Base Installation
Next, we installed a compacted base of high-quality base rock in multiple layers. This crucial step provides the strength needed to keep the pavers level and secure over time.

3. Precision Leveling
A smooth bedding layer of sand was applied and screeded to create the perfect surface for the pavers to rest on.

4. Paver Placement
Each 12×12 paver was laid with care and precision, following the desired pattern and alignment for a clean, professional look.

5. Edge Restraints
Durable edge restraints were installed to lock everything in place and protect the structure for years of dependable use.

6. Joint Sand & Compaction
After placement, we swept premium polymeric sand into the joints and compacted the surface multiple times—using a compactor with a carpet layer to protect the pavers from cracking. This step locks everything in tight, preventing weeds, ants, and shifting.

7. Final Finish
Once everything was compacted and activated, we completed a detailed cleanup and inspection. The result? A clean, level, and long-lasting surface ready to enjoy.
